Evans Home Loans, LTD is located in Bowling Green, Ohio. We have been serving the mortgage needs of individuals in Ohio for over 16 years, and our knowledgeable and licensed staff has over 25 years of mortgage lending experience. Besides knowledge and experience, we also strive to provide great customer service by building relationships and treating all clients as individuals, providing each client with loan options that will fit his or her personal needs.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Additionally, for your convenience, we are also available evenings and weekends by appointment. We provide free pre-approvals and try to make the home lending process as easy as possible by explaining the process from beginning to end.

Mortgage Application Checklist

Items Needed for a Home Loan Pre-approval

• Pay stubs for the last 30 days
• Last 2 years W-2's and/or 1099's
• Most recent 2 month statements for checking, savings, retirement, and investment accounts (All pages required)
• Copy of valid drivers license
• Name and phone number of homeowner's insurance agent
• Last 2 years signed and dated tax returns (may be required)

Additional Items for Purchases Transactions

• Signed purchase agreement and any addendums
• If applicable, property and lead-based paint disclosures
• Copy of earnest money check and proof it cleared account
